Mikropoulos Charalampos was founded in 1987 and manufacturing that year first AUTOMATIC SORTING MACHINES FOR PISTACHIO and AIRTHERMIC ROASTERS of TYPE TUNNEL in Greece, with hundreds of machine installations has contributed significantly to the equipment and development of both small and large enterprises. Company MIKROPOULOS CHARALAMPOS constitutes one from the older companies in the field of manufacture processing machines for Dry Nuts. Globally up to today the company with the machines that have manufactured have possessed the bigger share in the Greek market. In contrast with the trend that other industries follow, Mikropoulos Charalampos & Son Co. manufactures high quality, high added value products domestically, and therefore has contributed significantly to the industrial development of our country.

In 1993 the company is transported in its new privately-owned facilities in the 16th km Thessalonica - Serres of total extent 2000 m² of accommodated spaces. The manufacture of bodies, almost the total of engineering work, as well as the work of dye are mainly executed henceforth in the ultramodern installations of manufacture separate and complete excluded space. The work of assembly as well as the final qualitative control of all instruments is executed also in separate space. This segregation of work lends in the company obvious advantages so much in level of productive operation what in level of tangible quality of her instruments.

The company, the last five-year period has developed important export activity with exports in exigent markets of countries, as Eastern Europe and the Middle East, but also worldwide.
