Electrical Roasters Tunnel Type of continuous Roasting Flow

These multi level, three – pass roasters, are electrical fired and made exclusive of stainless steel. Also, these roasters have a stainless steel conveyor belt (of wire mesh) width of 0.80m.  The roaster consists of a special design automatic feeding equipment and also contains special placement of resistances from up and down of the belts. The conveyor belt is controlled by a variable electronic speed drive to regulate product retention time. They do not need an exhaust or a fuel tank. Easy to install and easier to use. They have the ability to roast all the kinds of dry nuts in a HEALTHY and HOMOGENOUS way without degrading their appeance, maintaining their absolute flavor and taste.

 Control of Roasting Parameters

The Electrical multi pass roaster design offers the greatest degree of process flexibility. Belt depth, retention time, process temperature and relative humidity can be discreetly controlled for optimum roasting of every kind of nuts. This allows duplicating existing roasting parameters, but provides the ability to modify the parameters and possibly improve the process in the future.

 Control System

Mikropoulos Charalampos & Son Co can provide fully automatic roasting lines with a unique control panel. Controlling the whole line only by a Touch Screen. Touch screen with PLC unit, linked through a GSM modem straight with our company for 24h service, available after demand. (by SIEMENS)
